UL3289 AC600V 150℃ FT2 Flame Test XLPE Insulation Single Wire Alternator Hook up 

UL certificate, Compliant with UL758 Standard

Rating : 150 deg C, 600 Vac, 750 Vdc, Horizontal flame.

Conductor : 30 AWG – 750 kcmil, solid or stranded. Recognized Component – Magnet Wire (OBMW2), rated 200 degrees C (ANSI Type MW35) may be used.

Insulation : Extruded XLPE or XLPO.

Use : For use as Motor Leads or Internal Wiring of Appliances.

Applications

UL3289 is an AWM/UL-recognized hook-up and lead wire, rated 150 °C and 600 V AC, with stranded or solid copper conductors and XLPE insulation. It is intended for fixed internal wiring where high temperature resistance, mechanical durability, and flame resistance are required

Recommended Applications
  • Internal wiring of household appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, air conditioners, washing machines, and heating devices

  • Motor lead wires for fans, pumps, compressors, and other electric motors

  • Wiring inside transformers, power supplies, and electronic modules

  • Internal wiring of control panels, switchgear, and automation equipment

  • Internal wiring for lighting equipment, ballasts, and lighting fixtures

  • Appliance and electronic device internal connections where high-temperature and standard-voltage performance is required

Limitations

  • Not suitable for high-voltage mains wiring above 600 V

  • Not suitable for outdoor, PV, energy storage, or EV high-voltage circuits

  • Not suitable for dynamic flexing, cable carriers, or robotic high-flex applications

  • Designed only for fixed internal wiring under its rated conditions
